Starting from our Semantic Framework, we realized customized technologies and solutions, based on Semantic, Knowledge and Advanced Models,  in different fields, like CRM and Incident Management, Cultural Heritage, Human Capital, e-Commerce, DMS and CMS, Learning. 



FRAMEWORK

The Intelligent Framework is a set of tools that provides advanced features for processing different kinds of content, combining in an original and synergic way advanced techniques of Machine Learning (supervised and unsupervised), and techniques of NLP with models for the knowledge representation. These models can be obtained as a combination of a general model of knowledge, called Common Sense Knowledge (CSK), with one or more domain-specific models.
Especially, the Framework enables classification with respect to domain models or CSK, identification of homogeneous clusters for the covered topics, semantic search and disambiguation of terms, extraction and discovery of the “Hidden Knowledge” and Predictive Analytics. 
The LSF functionalities are exposed using REST Web Services to facilitate the integration with existing systems or the development of vertical solutions. Moreover they facilitate the start up, self-learning, multilingualism, configurability and up-dating of the linguistic resources and the Knowledge Base
